Your Roadmap- How do you get there…
Marketing- how do you reach your ideal customer? Messaging you use to convey your value? SEO, Content, social media etc.
Positioning/ Distribution/Price- All built from your purpose, value, and customer, and market research.
Short Term Goals- Measure progress towards your destination.
Yes, building your brand strategy is an investment, and takes time… But once you have one it saves you time, money and increases your chance of success… Decisions on which path to take also become much easier!
